Mr. MD. Akhteruzzaman as Managing Director of the Company since 2018, second son of Md. Fazlur Rahman, founder Director of the Company.He is also a founder director of the company. Mr. Akhteruzzaman obtained fellow membership (FCMA) from ICMAB (Institute of Coat and Management Accountants of Bangladesh). He has completed MBA in Finance & Accounts. Before starting his journey with Faarss Limited he has served as senior management position in Square Group, Labaid Group, Banglacat (A Caterpillar company) in different capacities. Having a prosperous knowledge and experience of more than 18 years in Energy, Power, Technology, Hospitals, Healthcare, Toiletries, Food and Consumer Products & Capital Market operation.

Mr. Md. Akhteruzzaman is a partner in AZMIM & Associates (Cost & Management Accountant), a firm of Audit, financial & investment, Tax, VAT advisory and Securities portfolio management, Capital market related issued in Bangladesh.
